”80% of chronic conditions that reduce our quality of life are caused by our lifestyle. My goal is to identify the lifestyle choices that impact your quality of life and to help you change these. Looking for causes rather than symptoms. What are these lifestyle choices? Stress, dysfunctional relationships, lack of exercise, poor diet, exposure to toxins, work/life imbalance, even the habitual thoughts you think. What works for one patient may be ineffective for others. Chronic conditions; such as anxiety, insomnia, inflammation, depression, arthritis, fatigue, involve multiple causes. All causes need to be resolved since causes interact. The person in their entire historical, social, emotional, physiological, spiritual context need to be addressed to establish "cure". There are no quick fixes to improve the quality of your life. There is no pill that will instantly improve the quality of your life. I view health/wellness and disease as a continuum - health is a relative state with illness, dis-ease and death at one end and health and vitality at the other. By understanding that most systems operate somewhere between dysfunctional and optimal levels, we judge health as interconnected physiological/psychological/social processes.
